Jammu and Kashmir: 4 militants killed in encounter with security forces in Kulgam village

At four militants have been reportedly gunned down by the security forces after an encounter broke out in Kellam area of Devsar in south Kashmir's Kulgam district today. The house where militants were holed up has been blasted. Sources on the ground said that forces cordoned off Kellam area of Kulgam and search operation is on.
