BMW considers second U.S. plant over worries of U.S tariffs
BMW says it's considering a second U.S. manufacturing plant that could produce engines and transmissions. As Pascale Davies reports, the comments came after a report that U.S. President Donald Trump would impose tariffs on imported cars from next week.
