Fed Chief sparks rally with hint of slower rate hikes
Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell hinted in a speech Wednesday that the Fed may be nearing an end to interest rate hikes. Wall Street received his comments with jubilation, prompting a more than 500 point rally in the Dow Jones Industrial Average, on hopes the Fed won't drive the economy into the ground.
