Refusal to marry does not grant men right to stab women: Madras High Court

Expressing concern over the rising incidents of spurned lovers brutally attacking women, the Madras High Court on Monday observed that refusal to marry does not give men the right to stab women. The court's word came as it denied bail to an accused.
