In a jibe at the ruling TMC, the BJP on Saturday said Prashant Kishor, who was the poll adviser of the Mamata Banerjee-led party in the recent West Bengal elections, can be called a "bohiragato" being enrolled as a voter in the Bhabanipur constituency where by-election will be held on September 30. Banerjee is contesting the by-poll from the Bhabanipur seat to retain her chief minister's chair, and is up against BJP's Priyanka Tibrewal.
